Where were you in your fitness journey before training with Tyler (AME Higher Training)?
I was not working out regularly just some walking that too not regularly.
Where are you now in your journey?
I work out with him at least twice a week but up to 3 times a week sometimes.
How have you benefited from training with Tyler (AME Higher Training)?
Absolutely, I have Osteoarthritis and working out with Tyler has helped me deal with the pain and gain strength.
Would you recommend training with Tyler (AME Higher Training) to family, friends, or colleagues?
Yes, I would recommend him.
Is there anything else you’d like to add?
Tyler is excellent. He not only focuses on the physical work out but also guides you on nutrition and how to maintain healthy body long term. He plans the work out, so it is not too harsh on you. I am looking forward to continuing working out with him log run.

Where were you in your fitness journey before training with Tyler (AME Higher Training)?
When I started with Tyler, I had been working with a trainer at my office. I had gained some strength and flexibility, so I was not totally out of shape. I quickly found out when I started working with Tyler that I still had a long way to go. My main goal for deciding to work out with him was to gain strength, reduce body fat, and to improve my running skills.
Where are you now in your journey?
There are times that I am surprised at how much I can do just one year later. I am still looking forward to being able to do pushups, pull ups, and running a marathon. I am 60 years old but don’t feel like it. Even though aging can take its toll on the body, I am confident that getting stronger will help me live a longer healthier life.
How have you benefited from training with Tyler (AME Higher Training)?
I am much stronger; I have improved my running time, and I have much more confidence in my physical abilities. The best part of working out with Tyler is his willingness to adapt to injuries, fatigue, or other physical obstacles.
Would you recommend training with Tyler (AME Higher Training) to family, friends, or colleagues?
Absolutely! In fact, I have recommended him to several friends! You don’t know what you are missing!
Is there anything else you would like to add?
I have really enjoyed working with Tyler over the last year. He is professional, knowledgeable, adaptable, and inspirational. I have had to work through a frustrating injury over the last 4 months. Rather than taking a break, he was dedicated to adjusting my workouts so I could have the best results.

Where were you in your fitness journey before training with Tyler (AME Higher Training)?
Before working with Tyler, I needed to improve my physical health after neck surgery and I knew from my research that the journey back would be a challenging one. I had lost a lot of muscle during my recovery and wanted additional support and accountability in addition to the prescribed physical therapy I was receiving. I knew a knowledgeable personal trainer would be an important part of my recovery journey.
Where are you now in your journey?
Thanks to Tyler’s help, today I have reignited muscles that I felt had become too weak and he also helped me develop nutritional strategies tailored towards my fitness goals and lifestyle. Thanks to his guidance, I am now more independent with my own training, but know that I can always go back to him if ever needing help getting through a plateau or reaching a new goal.
How have you benefited from training with Tyler (AME Higher Training)?
Tyler’s patience and knowledge of how to start small with someone who has recently had neck surgery was invaluable. He wasn’t afraid of pushing me when necessary, but he also knew when it was time to take a step back and measure my progress so that we could ensure I was making gains without overdoing it. Even on days where I felt like nothing was happening, Tyler’s tracking and measuring helped show me the improvements that were being made; something which kept me motivated throughout our journey together!
Would you recommend training with Tyler (AME Higher Training) to family, friends, or colleagues?
Yes, I highly recommend Tyler. He is knowledgeable and has the experience necessary to create a personalized plan that is both safe and effective. Tyler has great communication skills, I always understood what I was being asked to do and why it would benefit me in the long run.
